Matt Dammerman is the Owner/Designated Managing Broker of Dammerman & Associates Benchmark Realty in Effingham Illinois. Matt is married to Amy and has 2 daughters Kassy and Taylor. Matt attended Effingham High School, Lake Land College, and Eastern Illinois University. Matt and Amy started and owned Amy’s Power Tumbling and Dance in 1996. Matt and Amy founded and started Get-Fit Family Fitness in 2006 and built the Rickelman Plaza in 2005 in Effingham IL. Matt has worked for the Effingham County Sheriff’s Department since 2000 and the Effingham Water Authority since 2005 and still actively participates and works with them. Matt’s real estate career started with Remax before starting Benchmark Realty. Matt enjoys fishing, golf, baseball, sports cars, and being with friends. Matt is active in the community by participating in fundraisers and benefits.
